Time for Surprises – Stupore on Campo alle Comete

The new course of the Bolgheri estate, which has been the Tuscan outpost of Feudi di San Gregorio, Maremma region, for just under one year, starts with 2015 Stupore (stupor is surprise in Italian). A Bolgheri DOC out of the Merlot, Caberent Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot varieties, was vinified by the former owner and assembled by the new owner. The winery is run by Jeanette Servidio, she is supported by Stefao Di Blasi, enological consultant. These two experts have been working in the prestigious Bolgheri growing zone for years. By hiring these two experts, Feudi shows this appreciation and respect for Bolgheri’s know-how.
