GERMANY (Constance) - The German Red Wine Prize 2010 is over. The best producers were awarded in Ludwigsburg on November 20 and the results were published in the VINUM 11-2010. These top wines have turned into a rarity already or are even sold out, however, there is still a chance to snatch one of them or other finale wines. How? By helping out charity!

As in the previous years, Vinum-readers can take advantage of a special prerogative that allows them to buy Vinum wines and at the same time support charity for children in need.

This has been a tradition at Vinum. Last year, a couple of thousands of euro went to a project in Ruanda and before that two SOS-Kinderdoerfer in Georgia received their help. The tv-star Harald Krassnitzer supported a project in Moldau and this year the total proceeds from this wine sale will go to charity. In January you will be able to read who received the money: www.rotweinpreis.de or in the next VINUM-issue.

You can order 3 or 6 bottles in the mix and if you're lucky the value of the content is double, but it will definitely not be be worth less than you paid for. The Winery Weil in Rhinegau is taking care of shipping (without asking Vinumm to pay more than shipping costs!) - At the bottom of this article you will find an order form to download.

Please take into consideration when ordering: The number of bottles is not low, however there is a maximum. In the past years the wines had been sold out within a few days. Also, Vinum already has a couple of pre-orders from last year - from readers that were not able to get one of the wines in 2009. (red.yoopress)

Methods of ordering: You can use the order form (simply download it here) and fax it to: 0049 - (0)7531-132813 or by e-mail to: info@vinum.de or send the order form by mail:  VINUM, Postfach 102153, Otto-Raggenbass-str. 11, D-78462 Konstanz.
