Ortenau Select – Wine-culinary pleasure

The ship party is followed by an event “on the train” on August 29, 2010...from Rebland to the Black Forest heights. The Black Forest train starts from Baden-Baden to the Triberg waterfalls. There will be Ortenau wines and Black Forest specialties on the train as well as next to the waterfalls. The train will stop in Bühl, Achern, Appenweier, Offenburg and Gengenbach.

Ortenau Select 2010 also has plans for “wine stories” on Saturday, September 11, 2010, a trip through the Ortenau to the history-rich places of the fairies, witches and royal wineries.

The wine trip will come to an end with the Ortenau Select Golf Trophy on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the golf club Gröbernhof in Zell am Harmersbach. Champagne reception, menu and Ortenau wines will be part of the tournament.

The Ortenau Select event will take place for the third time. The wine paradise Ortenau as the organizer offers a deep insight into the rich wine-country.
