The first svelte and tangy Rieslings underline that this grape variety really is capable to bring forth something unique. It is the mixture of fruit, minerals, good concentration, complexity and a fine filigree structure. However, the higher qualities are still fermenting and taking time to mature, analogically to the period of vegetation.
