On the huge sofa, the main thing on the first floor, you can chat comfortably with a glass of wine in your hand. The second floor offers tables for a Tête à Tête or just spending time with your friends.
Furthermore, more couches and smaller corners can be found where you can hang out enjoy good meals.
Guests at the Rosso&Vino are spoiled with a wide range of the best local wines. The Morellino does indeed make up for the most space on the wine card, however, there are also wines from the Tuscany, the rest of Italy or from regions beyond the Alps.
There is always something going on in the kitchen. The clean meals are prepared with fresh ingredients, which were oriented by the region and which fit the season. From the menu: quail leg from the pan with red basil, coarse Polenta and parmesan chips or huge shrimp filled with buffalo mozzarella on a spicy spinach bed.
By the way it is the sunny and energy-full Maremma that constitutes the content of the whole bar and that gives it character and a special flair. So it is no surprise that Elisabetta Geppetti -soul of the Fattoria Le Pupille- and renowned Morellino di Scansano-producer are founding members of the bar.
