DERNIER CRI: deep sea vinification method to ripe wine in preparation

FRANCE (Bordeaux) - The first service for deep sea vinification method to ripe wine in the world is being prepared at a depth of 1,000 meters in the Atlantic. Frank Labeyrie from the Château du Coureau, Côtes de Bordeaux Cadillac, hopes to be able to start his service “Vin Mille Lieues Sous Les Mers” as early as in 2013, the name being meant as an allusion to the French Title of Jules Verne’s classic “Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea”.
